The Company
Teparay Precision Sheet Metal Ltd (TPSM) is a family owned and run enterprise. Founded in 1986 based in a small factory in Barking, the Company has grown significantly over the years. Success has been achieved from a dedication to providing a high level of quality and service to all customers.

Consistent year on year growth is achieved by an ongoing investment programme to increase strength and competitiveness in the market place.
The Equipment
TPSM have invested heavily in both Amada Punching equipment and Salvagnini panel folding equipment. Since 1996 in excess of £4 million has been spent in the latest CNC equipment. To complement this hardware, TPSM run a barcode led production control system allowing tracking of production from quote to invoice. Solid Works has been added to the software portfolio, a recognised European standard for sheet metal modelling and design. A 3D model can be designed and reviewed keeping start up costs low and replacing our customers limited design resources.

TPSM employ 80 staff running 50,000 sq ft of factory space twenty-four hours a day.

TPSM are an ISO 9001:2000 registered company. Our Quality System is reviewed quarterly by Management Review to ensure it meets the primary business objective; that of providing a first class service to our customers.
All requirements of the system employed or the processes we use are recognised and documented in our Quality Manual. You can view our certificate here.

- We will use Solid Works to present our ideas to you before we commence manufacture.
- We will tailor our customer support and liaison to what you require and the level of contact you need from us.
- We will fast track prototype your product to ensure the production batch will fulfil your expectations and ours. Time to market is reduced
- We will review the contract and see how we can improve things next time. We will report back to you.
- We can offer our services on a traditional sub-contract sheet metal basis.
- We can provide a fully assembled and tested product on what we call a ‘sheet metal solution' basis.
- We guarantee hands on management style from the top down to ensure communication is clear and effective and promises made delivered.
Our Aim
